When the emotion of a home is truly captured through the lens it peaks the interest of potential buyers world wide and maximizes a homes ability to be sold. Passion infused with professionalism makes for an enjoyable, successful experience.

  • 30-60 (depending on property size) Highest Quality, Hand Touched Interior and Exterior Photos

  • I spend approximately 10-12 minutes editing each photo in photoshop.

  • Add blue sky to exterior shots when the weather is compromised. (Free of Charge)

  • Add fire to all fireplaces. (Free of Charge)

  • Add movies, nature scenes onto to television screen or movie theaters. (Free of Charge)

  • Removal of blemishes, cords and anything else that will be a distraction. (Free of Charge)

  • Will add lights to ones that are burnt out or not working. (Free of Charge)

  • All photos delivered morning after

  • Approximately 1 hour for each photoshoot.



Tour Website and Domain (Included with Still Photography)

  • You will receive a branded and unbranded tour including all high quality photos with music and linked to realtor.com

  • Each property will have its own custom domain and website to view the tour.

  • Through the Client Center all photos are easily downloadable for uploading to other third party sites. (Redfin, Zillow etc)

  • All tours can be converted to a video file to upload to your youtube channel.

  • High quality brochures are easily made through the Client Center.



Twilight Photography

Additional $200

  • 10-20 Highest Quality, Hand Touched Evening Photos Right Before and After Sunset.

  • When natural sunset is undesirable will add dramatic sunset making the home shine. (Free of Charge)

  • Twilight shots will be shot with HDR (high dynamic range) which will allow for maximum depth and detail while shooting at night.

  • If pool light is in disrepair will add light in pool (in photoshop) as if it is in working condition. (Free of Charge)

  • Will wet down driveway (in photoshop) showing the reflection of the house on the driveway to add even more ambiance. (Free of Charge)




Cinematic Real Estate Video

Gold Video Package $700

  • Cinematic 60 second walk through of all major rooms using latest technology equipment.
